So we decided to create a large mosaic-like design filled with 40 shapes to color day-by-day. The individual shapes hold imagery inspired by daily scripture readings and prayers.
Instead of giving up ice cream or facebook (though good for you if you do), perhaps you might commit to a daily rhythm of reading, reflecting, and creating—an active spiritual practice connecting your heart to your hands, your soul to your mind, your whole self to God.
